Composition and effect

STÉRIMARTM " Nasal hygiene is a physiological solution of sea water that contains the same concentration of salts as the cells of the human body. STÉRIMARTM filtered 100% natural sea water without preservatives uses the beneficial effects of mineral salts and trace elements such as zinc, copper, manganese, iron, magnesium or selenium.

Manual

For first use, spray once empty to loosen the nozzle.

Hygiene and moisturizing of the nasal mucosa:

Hold the head upright and insert the nozzle into the nostril. Inject once or twice into each nostril. Let the excess solution run off and then blow dry.

Cleaning the nasal cavity:

Tilt the head to the side and insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Inject once longer (press the nozzle for 2-3 seconds). Let the excess solution flow out through the other nostril and then blow your nose. Repeat the procedure with the other nostril.

After each use, clean the nozzle with warm water and dry.
