Same molecule, absorbable form
Here, berberine is bound to phospholipids using Phytosome® technology. A phospholipid is a building block native to the body—it acts as a “transporter” that helps the molecule pass more easily through the intestinal wall. In a human pharmacokinetic study, Berbevis® achieved up to ~10× higher berberine absorption (AUC) compared to regular berberine. The same principle applies to the second ingredient: in its Phytosome® form, Greenselect® has more than 2× higher absorption of the key catechin EGCG than regular green tea extract.
Two regimens from one pack
Berbevis® is a Phytosome®—berberine bound to phospholipids. That's why it is taken with food: a little fat from the meal supports the absorption of the phospholipid form. This is also how it was taken in Indena's clinical studies—550mg twice a day with meals, spread throughout the day. Choose the intensity that suits you.
- Always with food—take the capsules with main meals, not on an empty stomach—the fat from food supports the absorption of the Phytosome® form
- Spread throughout the day—not the whole dose at once—spread it out between meals
- At least one course—support is gradual—build the effect over time, not overnight

Recommended dosage
Intensive regimen:
3× capsules per day, 900mg Berbevis® + 450mg Greenselect® / day. The pack will last for 30 days, taken with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Recommended for the first month of the course.
Maintenance regimen:
2× capsules per day, 600mg Berbevis® + 300mg Greenselect® / day. The pack will last for 45 days, taken in the morning and evening with food. For long-term daily support.
