Spending on health

If you are not a top athlete, it is not important to have the best performance in sports, but you still need to monitor your heart rate. While maintaining the optimal heart rate for your body (there are online calculators for calculating it, but it is ideal to have an optimal heart rate measured by experts), your body will burn fat and you will not over-exert your heart. Always keep your heart rate under control!
