Swiss Energy Active vitamins in the form of effervescent tablets are intended for adults and children from 14 years of age. Each tablet contains 3 mg of vitamin B1, 150 mg of vitamin C and 200 µg of the antioxidant lycopene. It is also enriched with other vitamins and minerals, such as zinc, magnesium or iron. In contrast, gluten, lactose, dyes and preservatives are not included. The pack contains 20 tablets, which is enough for 20 days of use.

Preparation and dosing
