To supplement the daily dose of vitamin D
Vitamin D is also called the "sunshine vitamin" and plays an important role in many important bodily functions. Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falls associated with physical instability and muscle weakness. Falling is a risk of bone fractures in men and women over 60 years of age. The product does not contain any chemical preservatives or synthetic colours, dairy and wheat products, yeast or sugar.
