The Tamron 12–20mm F/2.8 is a fast ultra-wide-angle zoom lens for Nikon Z full-frame mirrorless cameras. Its autofocus uses a VXD linear motor designed for fast, precise and quiet focusing. It's therefore also suitable for video recording. It has a 1.7× optical zoom. The front element features a protective fluorine coating. The Tamron 12–20mm F/2.8 is also equipped with a petal-shaped lens hood and a rear filter holder. It is compatible with the Tamron Lens Utility application. The lens construction is also moisture-resistant.
