The all-in-one ultra telephoto lens Tamron AF 18-400mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD is designed for digital SLRs with an APS-C sensor. This model is one of the few on the market that has a focal length of 18-400mm. The lens features a lightweight and compact body, state-of-the-art optical and mechanical designs, a new HLD (High/Low torque modulated Drive) for the AF system or VC (Vibration Compensation) image stabilisation. Thanks to the wide range of the focal length, the lens is suitable for travel and there is no need to carry more than one lens.

The Tamron AF 18-400mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD is composed of a total of 16 members in 11 groups. It includes LD (Low Dispersion) elements and aspheric members that minimise chromatic aberration and image distortion for high-quality images. This model is also compatible with the optional Tamron TAP-in console that provides a USB connection to your computer, allowing you to easily update the firmware and set up features, including fine AF and VC adjustments.
