Sea buckthorn is suitable for supporting the body's natural defences, helping to reduce fatigue, supporting heart function and the digestive tract, and helping to maintain healthy skin.
Recommended dosage
2 capsules 2× a day before meals. Can be used long-term. Swallow the capsules whole with water, or open them and sprinkle the contents onto food or into water.
Nutritional values and ingredients
1 capsule contains 350mg of 100% pure sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) fruit powder. Capsule shell: gelatine.
Warning
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place up to 25°C. Use the capsule immediately after removing it from the blister pack. Suitable for coeliacs, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
