Sea buckthorn fruits are a natural source of sea buckthorn oil. Sea buckthorn is suitable for supporting the body's defences, helps reduce fatigue, supports the heart and digestive tract, and helps maintain healthy skin. External use, increases the elasticity and vitality of the skin in areas of healed wounds, protects and regenerates the skin, nourishes the skin.
Recommended dosage
7 drops twice a day before meals for 3 months. The drops can be dropped into water, tea, juice, or on a sugar cube. Changing the colour of the dropper is not a bad thing.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
