Ground pumpkin seeds (cucurbita pepo) - a source of zinc, Chinese knapweed (schisandra chinensis) fruit extract, purple coneflower (echinacea purpurea) extract, selenium yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae), Siberian ginseng - eleutherococcus senticosus root extract. Capsule shell: gelatin.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule daily before meals. The capsule is swallowed whole with water, or split and the contents are poured into food or water. It can be used as needed and for a long time.

Not suitable for children under 15 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place up to 25 °C. Consume the capsule immediately after removing it from the blister.
