The Zembag is designed to slow down the germination and spoilage of stored garlic, together with a special filling. The three-layer construction is made of cotton and jute on the outside, the middle removable layer is made of breathable non-woven fabric and the interior contains aluminium foil to maintain sufficient moisture and a protective atmosphere. The Zembag garlic bag prevents the penetration of light, the bottom is made of impermeable solid fabric and the closure is secured by a retractable drawstring. One special filling of treated oregano essential oil is inserted directly between the stored garlic, lasts up to 5 months and is sufficient for 0.75 kg of this raw material. Terpenix Zembag in grey with jute can be washed at low temperatures up to 30 °C, ideally by hand.
