The BASIC cot mattress, with a height of 5cm, is a simple and practical solution for a comfortable night's sleep for your child. It is made from T18 density PUR foam and fits all standard cots measuring 60×120cm. Its low weight makes it easy to handle, so it's also suitable for travel cots. The PUR foam provides firm support, which is ideal for the correct development of a child's spine in their first few years. The mattress contains no harmful substances and meets the basic requirements for safe use in children's cots. It includes a removable, zipped cover that can be conveniently washed at 40°C. Regular cleaning of the cover helps maintain a hygienic environment, which is especially important for the youngest children.

Recommendations:
Pair the mattress with a quality slatted base for proper air circulation. A mattress protector will extend its life and make maintenance easier. Turn the mattress regularly – at least 4× during the first year, and at least 2× in subsequent years. Vacuum the mattress regularly – to maintain its hygienic properties and freshness. Mattresses are delivered in a compressed state – ideally, unpack within 24 hours of receipt. Do not put weight on the mattress immediately – it can take up to 48 hours to return to its original shape. The colour of the foam and the stitching of the cover may vary – this does not affect the mattress's properties. The manufacturing tolerance of the mattress is ±2cm in height, width, and length.
