The Tognana ICONIQA steel pan has a diameter of 28cm and is compatible with all types of hobs. Its multi-layer steel and aluminium base distributes heat quickly and evenly. The internal non-stick surface with a marble effect reduces the need for fat when frying. After use, it can be washed in a dishwasher or placed in the oven for baking at up to 200°C.
