Air conditioning Europe kit

Air conditioning Europe kit
The Klima Europa rocket model is based on the C-D series rocket engines. Europa is one of Jupiter's moons, the same name as the model rocket. Europa is more than 1 meter high rocket with 5 engines and can reach a height of up to 450 meters. The motors are mounted using two screws. Return by parachute with a diameter of 700 mm. Although building a rocket is not too complicated, it requires some experience and is recommended for more experienced modellers. It is strongly recommended to use KL-0001 and KL-0012 to ensure the same ignition timing of the engines. Guides to guide the racket on the ramp are recommended with a diameter of 6 mm for the guide rod. The stabilisers are made of very strong impact resistant ABS and are simply inserted into the grooves of the mounting tube. They are therefore precisely aligned and theoretically do not even need to be glued.

Key features of the Klima Europa kit
- Model rocket for C-D series engines
- Flight altitude up to 450 metres
- Rocket height over 1 meter
- Designed for 5 engines
- Mounting the motors with two screws
- Parachute return with a diameter of 700 mm
- Recommended for more experienced modellers
- Recommended to use KL-0001 and KL-0012 kits for synchronous ignition of engines
- Ramp guide bar with 6 mm diameter
- Stabilizers made of impact-resistant ABS inserted into the grooves of the mounting tube
- Precise alignment of stabilizers without gluing
- Special ejection chamber protects the parachute from hot gases
- The cooling labyrinth reduces the temperature of the gases to a safe level
- It is not necessary to use the ejector plug
Sweep chamber
The model contains a special ejection chamber, which serves to protect the return device (parachute, ribbon) from the hot gases of the ejection component of the engine. These pass through a labyrinth in which they cool down and the temperature on the discharge side is reduced to an acceptable limit that does not damage the parachute. It is therefore not necessary to use the ejector plug.

The difficulty of building a rocket
Rockets of building difficulty 3 are intended for more skilled modellers. There are more laser cut parts in the set. The body of the rocket requires finishing work. The racket has a sophisticated complex design and a nose cone made of plastic or balsa. Requires intermediate skills in model construction and rocket finishing. Instructions are attached. It can take several days to assemble. The assembled model must be painted - it is recommended to use acrylic spray paint.
Phases of flight
1. Engine ignition - the burner ignites the fuel mixture in the engine. The desired direction of flight is ensured by the guide rod of the launch pad on which the rocket is mounted.
2. Thrust and acceleration - the rocket is propelled by the reactive power of the rocket engine.
3. Burning out of the propellant mixture - once the propellant mixture burns out, the delay mixture begins to burn, producing a large amount of smoke. This is used to track the flight of the rocket. The fast-moving rocket is now beginning to slow down.
4. Top of flight and ejection - after the delay mixture burns out, the ejection mixture is ignited, which activates the rocket's reentry system. 5.
The return system - is most often implemented by means of a parachute, ribbon, or so-called. heli-blade.
