Game system and gaming experience

Dwarf Valley avoids direct interaction, yet retains a competitive dynamic - ideal for peaceful players and family play. Flower picking, spell making and mushroom trading create an elegantly interconnected system that rewards a variety of play styles. Precision craftsmanship, quality wooden components and magnetic player boards contribute to a pleasant physical playing experience. Poetic lyrics and fleshed-out characters give the game a narrative framework that encourages thematic immersion and empathy with the characters. Suitable for evenings with friends and quiet family afternoons, Dwarf Valley is a game that will delight you with its pace and atmosphere.

What the game is about

During the game, each player selects and places the garden pieces that form the mushroom paths. The goal is to create closed magic circles that will yield rewards in the form of mushrooms and victory points. The bigger the circle you create, the more benefits you get. Use the dwarves on the game board to claim paths, visit the Flower Market, sell mushrooms at the Windy Market, or activate signposts for additional benefits. Combinations of actions often trigger a cascade of effects that greatly enhance your options. In the end, the winner is the one who collects the most points for flowers, magic circles and treasures. This will earn him the right to wear the Red Hat and become the village mayor - at least until the next festival.
