Mideer My First Building Medieval Bridge 644 Pieces

Mideer My First Building Medieval Bridge 644 Pieces
The Master Builder creative construction set transports children to the world of architecture and history. Using mini-bricks made from natural materials, they can build famous structures like the Mayan Pyramid, a Medieval Castle, or other iconic monuments. A medieval fortified bridge wasn't just an ordinary river crossing—it was also a strategic and defensive element of a town or castle. A medieval fortified bridge was a multi-purpose structure—practical, military, commercial, and symbolic. The set allows children to visualise 3D space through play, while also promoting hand-eye coordination. Laying the limestone-like bricks requires patience and concentration, improving their fine motor skills and thinking. The set offers everything you need to start building.

And if you run out of glue, you can buy more under the designation MD4169.

Medieval Bridge
The medieval fortified bridge is stylised as a Gothic-Romanesque fortified bridge. It is a sort of transition between massive Romanesque architecture (11th–12th century) and the more slender Gothic style (13th–15th century). The bridge has a massive foundation (a Romanesque feature), but it is taller, more elegant, and more elaborately defended (a Gothic feature). The medieval bridge looks imposing, but also menacing—a typical symbol of the power of a city or ruler.
