The strategy board game Monuments of Ages takes you to ancient empires where their rulers want to build the most impressive cities. Players take on the role of architects who take on this magnificent task and embark on the construction of buildings, roads and monuments. Players stack individual buildings in differently shaped thanks on their game boards to best meet the conditions for building monuments or tasks on the common objectives cards. At every step, they need to think carefully about which developments they invest their money in to boost the city's economy, attract important resources and attract new residents. The game ends after the tenth round or reaching the maximum population. The winner of the game and the leader of the most majestic city is the player with the most victory points. The game also includes a deck of cards for solo play. The game Monuments of Ages is designed for 1-5 players aged 14 and up. One game lasts approximately 70 minutes. The game rules are in Czech, the game material is language independent.

Enchant the rulers of the empire with imposing monuments
In Monuments of the Ages, players gradually turn their settlements into cities, constructing buildings, roads and monuments. You can choose from 5 different building types, each of which will give you different resources or additional benefits. In addition to regular buildings, players can place Monuments in their cities - unique structures that earn a large amount of victory points, but require the player to meet conditions specific to each Monument and consume all of the player's coins in a given round. Players must choose carefully when and where to place monuments to maximize their potential. Among the 21 wooden monuments you will find, for example, the Colosseum, Machu Picchu, the Great Wall of China, the Trojan Horse, the Pyramids of Giza or the rock city of Petra.
