RePlastic Base Ten set 198

The RePlastic Base Ten 198 set is designed to teach orientation in the decimal system. All plastic parts are made from RE-Plastic. The complete set for decimal arithmetic with 198 parts allows you to perform tasks that involve naming geometric surfaces and solid shapes. It can also be used to determine volume using unit cubes and to compare the contents of simple solids by building with unit cubes and counting unit cubes. It also helps to determine the number of vertices, edges and faces. Understanding conversions is also an important part of this - converting a larger unit to a smaller unit means that the numerical value is increased, so it is multiplied. Conversely, converting a smaller unit to a larger unit means that the numerical value is reduced, hence division. Specifically, it allows the conversion of cubic decimetres to cubic centimetres and litres. In the field of numbers, it is used to recognize and use structures in number recognition (e.g. 1000 as 10 blue hundreds or as 100 green tens), recognizing the value of each row of the decimal system and stepwise notation of numbers (734 = 7 - hundreds, 3 - tens, 4 - ones).
