We worked that out. The year is 2083 and humanity died out some time ago. Nature is taking over the cities again, but the world is not deserted. What's left are the monkeys, which are evolving rapidly. They form packs and learn to use the objects that people have left behind. The board game The World After Us turns you into the leader of the monkey pack. Lead your monkey species, recruit new recruits, ensure everyone has enough to eat, benefit from special abilities, and defend against too much success from another troop. Thanks to all this you will earn points. The player who reaches the specified number of points wins.

Which monkeys will be the most successful?

In The World After Us, you will be introduced to tamarins, gorillas, chimpanzees and mandrills. Before the game, prepare the monkey cards as well as the resource and food tokens - flowers, fruits, grains and energy. The game is played in rounds, each game round has 3 phases: assemble the troop, attract new monkeys and rest. In the build, you draw monkey cards from your deck and evaluate different effects. Attracting new monkeys involves handing over the necessary resources for specific new monkeys. At rest, players discard the cards they have played. Everything repeats until someone gets the 80 points needed to win.
