Piña Bones is a brisk family party game in which players try to mix the best cocktails. To help them do this, they roll 5 dice on which they try to roll the combination needed to get the selected ingredient in 3 attempts. The Ingredient Cards are in the form of stylish coasters and there are a total of 16 of them laid out in a 4×4 grid on the table. If the player rolls the desired combination, he places one of his wooden cocktail chips on the given coaster and scores several victory points. The surest way to win is to occupy an entire row, column or screen size with your chips and become an instant winner. Plus, you'll find real cocktail ingredients on the coasters, so you can mix up your winning drink for the party. Piña Cube by TLAMA Games impresses with its original visual design with wooden components, short playing time and very simple rules. It is designed for 2 to 4 players aged 8 and up. Each player rolls 5 dice in his turn and can re-roll any number of dice up to two times. The objective is to achieve a combination of numbers that corresponds to an unoccupied coaster on the game board. If successful, the player places his cocktail chip on that coaster and ears victory points, including bonus points for chips on adjacent coasters. The Piña Cube game ends either at the end of a round in which a player has reached 20 points, or immediately by creating a "Piña Cube" - placing their chips on all the coasters in a row, column or screen size. Such a player becomes an instant winner regardless of the number of points earned. There is also an advanced variant of the game in the rules, which provides additional options in moves where players have been unsuccessful with their rolls.
