Recommended dosage
Start by taking 10 drops for 3 consecutive days. Each day thereafter, increase the dose by 5-10 drops up to a teaspoon (40 drops) once or twice a day. We recommend mixing with juice or food and dividing the serving over the day to cover the strong mineral taste.

High magnesium intake can cause laxative effects. If this happens, reduce the portion size. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. The dietary supplement is not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
