Recommended dosage
Take 4 ml (0.8 tsp; 80 drops) daily.
If you are taking ionic magnesium for the first time, follow this schedule and add 5 more drops per day until you reach the maximum of 80 drops.
The first week 20 drops per day.
The second week 30 drops per day.
The third week 40 drops per day.
The fourth week up to 80 drops per day.
