Recommended dosage
Shake well. Use a measuring dropper to take 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon or 25 drops) daily. We recommend adding to flavoured drinks or food to mask the strong mineral taste.

Purified water, mineral salt, copper (as copper sulphate), acidity regulator, citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
