Use
Zinc is most effective when taken on an empty stomach, approximately 45 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. It can be used before a sports performance if at least 2 hours have passed since the last meal. Zinc absorption can be reduced by phytates, fiber, iron, coffee or alcohol.
