The Ubiquiti NSM2 (EU) WiFi antenna provides wireless data transmission in both outdoor and indoor environments. The device operates in the 2.4GHz frequency band, specifically in the 2,412 to 2,462MHz range, and uses the 802.11n standard. This WiFi 4 model achieves transmission speeds of up to 150Mb/s. The integrated airMAX system enables point-to-point or point-to-multipoint wireless connections. The construction, made of outdoor UV-stabilised plastic, withstands external elements and temperatures from -30 to 75°C.

Linear Polarisation
This panel directional antenna offers a gain ranging from 10.4 to 11.2dBi, with a nominal gain of 11dBi. The dual linear polarisation effectively stabilises the signal against ambient interference in the given band. The output power per port is 15W and the standing wave ratio (VSWR) is 1.6:1. The isolation between polarisations reaches 23dB. You can connect the device to a router with a range of 13,000m.
Durable Construction
The outdoor unit features a body made of UV-stabilised plastic, which withstands weathering. The IP54 rating protects sensitive internal components from dust and splashing water from all directions. The device operates in a temperature range of -30 to 75°C and can handle an operating humidity of 5 to 95% without condensation. The construction meets ETSI300-019-1.4 mechanical standards for shock and vibration resistance in demanding outdoor environments.
Power and Connectivity
For network connection, there are two RJ45 Ethernet ports with a speed of 10/100Mb/s. One of these ports supports power over passive PoE standard 802.3af. Power is supplied over two pairs of conductors with a supported voltage range of 22 to 27V DC. The package includes a PoE power adapter with parameters of 24V and a current of 0.5A. The power consumption of the device itself is only 5.5W for economical operation.
Mounting and Installation
The physical installation of the device is carried out using the included mounting kit, which is designed for secure attachment to a mast. The low weight of the unit itself is only 0.4kg, making it easy to handle at heights. The compact dimensions are 294×80×30mm and contribute to its unobtrusive placement on building facades. The product meets strict FCC, ICC, CE, and RoHS certifications and is fully NDAA Compliant.
