Fast wireless network
Wireless transmission uses the 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands. The 802.11ax standard brings efficient spectrum utilisation and a stable connection for all end devices. 4×4 MU-MIMO technology in the 5GHz band and 2×2 MU-MIMO in the 2.4GHz band ensures a smooth data flow without unnecessary delays. The 5GHz band reaches speeds of up to 4800Mbps and the 2.4GHz band reaches speeds of up to 573.5Mbps.
Advanced mesh technology and coverage
This access point supports advanced mesh technologies for easy wireless coverage expansion. The system lets you create a unified network with a single name, where devices switch to the strongest signal source without connection dropouts. It covers an area of up to 140m² and can connect more than 250 devices at once.
Network security with the Ubiquiti UniFi AP
Modern encryption standards secure your transmitted data, protecting the network from unauthorised access. The system offers guest isolation and advanced access rights management options for different user groups. Support for the WPA3 protocol provides a high level of protection even for sensitive wireless transmissions.
Connectivity
The device includes one gigabit RJ-45 Ethernet port, which provides a stable wired connection to the network and also delivers power via active PoE in the 44 to 57V DC voltage range with a maximum consumption of 13W.
