The Ubiquiti UniFi U7 Pro XG Wall tri-band WiFi access point transfers data using the modern Wi-Fi 7 standard. This device requires wall mounting. Wi-Fi connectivity
The device supports wireless standards including 802.11be and operates on three frequency bands simultaneously. It transmits data at speeds of up to 4300Mbps on the 5GHz band and up to 688Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. MU-MIMO and OFDMA technologies optimise data flows for multiple connected clients at once, preventing delays when transferring large amounts of data.
Network coverage and capacity
The access point covers an area of up to 140m² with a stable wireless signal. The Wireless Meshing feature allows it to connect wirelessly with other nodes to expand the network. More than 300 client devices can connect to the network simultaneously without any loss of stability. Fast roaming coordinates a seamless transition for users between individual access points.
Advanced network security
Data transmission is protected by WPA2 encryption and the WPA3 standard. Security features include a built-in firewall and guest network isolation to prevent unauthorised access. Private pre-shared keys increase the level of protection in a business environment. RADIUS support is also available for secure user authentication.
Connectors
A physical connection to the local network is provided by a single RJ45 Ethernet port that supports speeds of up to 10Gbps. This high-speed uplink prevents bottlenecks when the wireless section is fully loaded. Power requires the active PoE standard with a DC voltage range of 42.5 to 57V. The package includes a practical mounting bracket and a complete mounting kit, making it easy to securely install on an interior wall.
