The built-in 6-axis motion sensor, non-contact temperature sensor, and PPG sensor provide you with exactly the information you need. The Ultrahuman smart ring records steps taken and calculates the approximate number of calories burned. The PPG sensor measures your heart rate throughout the day, which allows it to determine your heart rate variability (HRV), a value that is key to understanding the body's recovery capabilities and its readiness for exertion. The smart ring, in conjunction with the app, can create a picture of your body clock, showing the connection between a stimulus, such as light exposure, food, or exercise, and a change in your body's circadian rhythm.
