The oyster mushroom is a widespread fungus that is also popular as a dietary supplement for its versatile use. It has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine and Asian cuisine. It grows from summer to winter on living or dead trunks of deciduous trees. Oyster mushrooms are used both in the kitchen for their sweet taste and as a dietary supplement, either alone or in combination with other supplements.
Dosing:
Take 2 capsules 1 × daily before meals. Wash down with plenty of water.
