Verbatim BD-R Dual Layer 50 GB 6x, 5 Pieces in a Box

This high-speed dual-layer Blu-ray media is the next generation of high-capacity discs that were created for the purpose of recording or playing back video in high quality and in a modern format (high-definition video). Blu-ray disk can hold up to 50GB of data which is equivalent to about four hours of HDTV recording film. This disc uses technology to record the blue-violet laser with a wavelength of 405 nm. By writing ultra short waves with Blu-ray technology to record, more data than has previously been thought possible, can be recorded. The disk is coated with a protective sheath of"HardCoat" which protects it against damage with water or light scratches.
