VHT Wrinkle Plus colour with a distinctive texture red

The VHT Wrinkle plus sprayer with a red hue allows you to get a new colour with a new look and a distinctive texture. The varnish resists temperatures up to 177°C and is therefore suitable for painting engine components such as starters, suction ducts, valve covers and other metal surfaces. The colour protects the surface from fading, grease and weathering. It also works as excellent protection from corrosion.

Colour Cure:

• After applying the colour, it should be heated at about 93°C for 20 minutes to 1 hour. When used on engine parts such as suction ducts or valve covers, drying at normal temperatures is sufficient for normal operation.

Application Procedure:

• Remove the original colour, rust, grease and dirt from the surface to be painted. The painted surface must be dry and clean.
• Use a masking tape to cover the areas you do not want to paint. Work at 16-35°C with humidity up to 60%.
• Shake the spray thoroughly for at least 1 minute before use. Also, shake the container for 10 seconds after each minute of use.
• Apply at least 3 thick layers by uniformly cross-painting from a distance of about 20-25cm. Leave each layer to dry for 4 minutes before applying another one.
• The VHT wrinkle Plus dries very slowly and the textured surface does not appear immediately. Leave the paint to dry for at least 2 hours.
• If the structure does not appear on the surface, apply an additional layer of VHT Wrinkle Plus.
• Do not touch the surface for 24 hours and wait at least 48 hours before re-installing the painted part back into the car.
• The colour should be heated at about 93°C for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
