The product is used as a tear fluid substitute for insufficient tear production and in the treatment of dry eye symptoms (dry conjunctivitis).
The occurrence of dry eye can have a number of causes: decreasing tear production in old age, working in air-conditioned spaces, working at a monitor, hormonal changes in transition, etc. Negative environmental and climatic influences also play a role in the development of dry eye. The product forms a protective film with high adhesion and durability and keeps the cornea and conjunctiva moist for a long time.

💊 Use

Unless otherwise advised by your doctor, the usual dose of the product is 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 3 to 5 times a day. It is recommended to drip into the eye even 30 minutes before bedtime. Move the eye after instillation to disperse the gel evenly. In the treatment of dry eye, which is usually long-term or permanent, it is necessary to visit an ophthalmologist at regular intervals.
Vidisic is also suitable for long-term therapy. Treatment of dry eye syndrome requires individual dosage. If you feel pain in your eye, changes in vision, persistent redness or irritation or if the discomfort, for which the product was deployed, persist for more than 72 hours or even worsen, discontinue use of the product and see a doctor.
Your eye doctor should be informed that you are using Vidisic even when prescribing other eye medications.

Dripping Instructions: When applying, hold the tube perpendicularly over the eye to easily achieve a large enough drop. Once closed, you can stand the tube perpendicular to the cap, making it easy to use again.

🍃 Ingredients

The active substance is carbomerum 980 in the amount of 2.0 mg in 1 g of eye gel. Excipients are cetrimide, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, water for injection.

📦 Storage

Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use the product after the expiry date stated on the box and tube after EXP. Do not use the product for more than 6 weeks after first opening the tube.
