The Vigan Mammoth ESP4DG - digital is a powerful hot air food dryer in an elegant design - cabinet with front closing door. The opaque design of the dryer cabinet prevents direct access to light, which can have a detrimental effect on the nutrient retention content of the dried food. The 400 W power guarantees fast and efficient drying of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, various meats, herbs and other produce. It is also suitable for making homemade yoghurt. The natural preservation of the dryer ensures the preservation of the high content of vitamins, trace elements and minerals (up to around 97% of the original amount), all without the use of chemicals. It has a very quiet, non-disturbing operation and allows you to set the temperature from 35-70°C and the time from 1 to 24 hours with just a touch. It has 6 metal trays measuring 297.5 mm × 249 mm for better drying results, a bottom tray to catch the juices from the dried food and a front door with a transparent window to better control the drying process and the condition of the dried food.
