- MSM: An organically bound form of sulphur. Organically bound compounds such as MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) are well absorbed and are commonly used for their organically bound sulphur content. They naturally have a characteristic aroma.
- Fortified B-complex with 150% of the daily dose of B vitamins. B-complex are B vitamins very important for the normal condition of the skin and hair. There's more than enough of each in Nail-Hair-Skin to ensure you don't miss any of them and keep your skin in perfect condition.
- L-Cysteine and L-Methionine are amino acids naturally occurring in the proteins of the human body. Keratin, the main protein found in hair, requires up to 10 times more cysteine than other amino acids and lower levels can cause brittleness or hair loss. Methionine is a precursor of cysteine and helps its natural formation.

Recommended dosage
Take 2 capsules with meals. Due to the probiotic cultures present, we recommend storing in the refrigerator.
Notice
Dietary supplement. The product contains substances with organically bound sulphur and therefore has a characteristic odour. Don't worry about it, those sulphur compounds in the capsules are key for the most effective result. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their physician for use.
