Recommended dosage
Take 300 ml on an empty stomach before breakfast and dinner for 21 days. Pregnant and breastfeeding women can take max. 200 ml per day. A single dose to replenish ions excreted by sweat during hard physical work and sports is 400-600 ml. Replenishment of the daily dose of iodine 25-30 ml.
