B vitamin complex with an extra strengthened dose of vitamin B12 in both its bioactive forms: 250 µg (10 000 % RHP) of adenosylcobalamin and 250 µg (10 000 % RHP) of methylcobalamin. Each of these forms of vitamin B12 acts as an enzyme cofactor for two different areas in the body.
