Soluble and insoluble fibre
Flaxseed is a source of lignan precursors and omega-3 fatty acids, kelp is a source of alginates such as laminarin and fucoidan, and rice seed contains tocotrienols, gamma-oryzanol, ferulic acid and phenolic compounds such as inositol hexaphosphate. This mixture contains both soluble and insoluble fibre, the insoluble absorbs water and creates a feeling of fullness in the digestive tract. Fibre also undergoes a natural fermentation process in the digestive tract that produces short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), which are, among other things, a key source of energy for intestinal cells. Soluble fiber such as pectin has other benefits besides SCFA production such as chelation of heavy metals, binding of bile acids, steroids and cholesterol reduction.

Recommended dosage
Standard way:
1-3 capsules continuously during the day, with meals, with sufficient water.
Intensive Bark:
3 capsules 3 times a day, with meals, with enough water. The length of the intensive treatment is 10 days = 1 pack. We then recommend dosing the next pack in the standard way.
