Liquid Iron extracted from the leaves of the Murraya koenigii (curry plant) and Vitamin C extracted from the acerola fruit. Iron is one of the most important minerals and its properties are related to body oxygenation, energy metabolism, fatigue, exhaustion and cognitive function. Iron deficiency is typical, e.g. for mothers, the elderly, chronic fatigue, poor diet or stressful or otherwise stressful work. Recommended dosage
Adults:
20 ml (4 teaspoons) per day
5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily
10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Iron can be harmful to young children in excess amounts. It does not replace a varied diet. Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of children.
