A large number of products on the market only offer so-called. Mycelium on Grain (MOG), i.e. mycelium (the root structure of a fungus) grown in a low-cost way on cereals and rice (different composition with a high proportion of cereal polysaccharides), usually without detailed specification of bioactive ingredients on the product label (very often only a general indication of polysaccharide content = starch is given).
