Full spectrum of essential fatty acids
It contains essential fatty acids, which are very important for the body, but which the body cannot produce on its own. Fish oil production
Conventional fish oil production involves a very long, industry-intensive process that takes place within many countries. The fish are first caught in the ocean (which itself is polluted with many substances). This is followed by purification (refining), the long journey of crude oil by boat, deacidification, bleaching, odor removal, trans-esterification, concentration (by molecular distillation), adding antioxidants, filling, and then the final product is created. These processes cause the loss of some fatty acids or changes in their profiles. Oil coming from the controlled environment of an inland river needs no such thing. It does not undergo refining to remove contamination, and rapid production and processing prevent oxidation that degrades the contents. The nutritional qualities, taste and ecological impact cannot be compared to conventional oils. The production of Viridian oil takes place in the following. Danish rainbow trout fillets are produced every hour. The oil is obtained by a gentle process of steaming and centrifugation at 70-90% heat, and then the oil is bottled and stored in fresh and natural quality.
