They play an indispensable role in the functioning of the whole organism, which is made up of about 100 trillion bacteria and yeasts (10 times more than the number of cells in the human body). Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 capsules 2 times a day or as recommended by your doctor. To prevent travel problems, take 1 capsule daily for 5 days prior to travel and continue during the trip.
