Vitamin E-Zentiva is an over-the-counter medicine containing the active ingredient tocopherols alpha acetas. Vitamin E has an important role in the body. It is involved in oxidoreduction processes in the metabolism of the basic components of the cell and stabilizes some hormones and enzymes. It prevents the formation of toxic oxidation products and the formation of free oxygen radicals that are harmful to the body. Without consulting a doctor, vitamin E can be taken to prevent deficiency and for its powerful antioxidant effect on many substances - during excessive physical exertion and to support immune processes. The package contains 30 capsules.
Dosage and method of use
Unless otherwise recommended by a physician, adults and children over 12 years of age usually take 200-400 mg daily after meals. Which is equivalent to 1 capsule of the product. The preparation is best taken after a meal, the capsules are taken without chewing with 200 ml of liquid. At a dose of 400 mg per day, a 1-2 month break is required after 2 months. After this period, the product can be used for another 2 months.
Contraindications
Read the package insert carefully. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Children under 12 years of age and pregnant and lactating women may take the product only on the advice of a doctor. Do not take Vitamin E-Zentiva if you are allergic to vitamin E (tocopherol-alpha-acetate) or to any of the other ingredients in this product.
Notice
Check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking Vitamin E Zentiva if you have a vitamin K deficiency. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age may take the product only on the advice of a physician.
Storage
Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the packaging (box, label) after the abbreviation "EXP".

It refers to the last day of that month.
