Vitamix Ascent - 1.4 l container with whisking disc

The Vitamix Ascent whisk disc container is compatible with Vitamix A2300, A2500 and A3500 blenders. Allows whipping, foaming and emulsification. It is thus suitable for the preparation of airy foams, delicate sauces and mayonnaise, creams with an even consistency and firm whipped cream. After the addition of solid ingredients, like ice cubes, fruit, herbs or spices, doesn't mix them completely, which makes the drink, the sauce or dip gets a coarser texture. It is made of high quality BPA-free tritan and complemented by a laser-cut stainless steel knife unit. The transparent lid has a removable inner cap and offers the possibility of adding ingredients during blending. The Vitamix Ascent container is a practical helper for the blender.
