Thiamine (vitamin B1) helps the heart to function properly. It has a positive effect on energy metabolism, contributes to normal mental activity and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Coenzyme Q10 is an essential component of almost every cell in the human body, occurring in large quantities in organs such as the heart, lungs and liver. However, the body's production of coenzyme Q10 decreases with age, so it needs to be replenished.

Recommended dosage
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day after meals. Take the capsule with a sufficient amount of liquid.
