Vitar B-complex
Replenish essential vitamins and fight fatigue and exhaustion. B vitamins have an effect on the activity of important enzymes involved in metabolism and thus contribute to the proper functioning of energy metabolism. They also have a beneficial effect on mental activity and nervous system function. Vitar B-complex contains 8 B vitamins supplemented with vitamin C, which contributes to reducing the level of fatigue and exhaustion.

Ingredients of the capsule contents: L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate, filler - sorbitol, nicotinamide, Calcium D-pantothenate, cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin. The composition of the capsule packaging: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, zinc oxide.
Recommended dosage
Adults and children 12 years and older take 1 capsule daily after meals. Wash down with plenty of liquid.
