Ingredients of the capsule contents: Aquamin Mg (magnesium hydroxide), anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride. The composition of the capsule packaging: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, zinc oxide.
Recommended dosage
Adults and children from 12 years of age: Take 1-2 capsules daily after meals with plenty of liquid.
