Support the care of your body with the dietary supplement Vitar EKO Vitamin D3 1000 IU + beta-glucans. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is naturally formed in the body when exposed to sunlight. However, if sun exposure is limited for a long time, vitamin D production decreases. Therefore, it is advisable to replenish it through diet or supplements to help the body maintain optimal levels. Each capsule contains 1000 IU of vitamin D supplemented with beta-glucans with a guaranteed purity of at least 80%, selenium and zinc.

Recommended dosage
