From an ergonomic perspective, this size is ideal for people approximately 155–180cm tall, but thanks to the ability to adjust the amount of air, taller people up to 200cm can also use it comfortably, especially when sitting at a standard-height desk of 72–76cm. The seating height can be gently adjusted to suit the user's preference and weight using the inflatable design. The VLUV Bol balance ball is designed for loads of up to 150kg, ensuring high durability even with daily use. Its low weight makes the ball easy to handle, carry, and move around as needed.
