Unlike conventional seating solutions, this balance ball offers naturally dynamic sitting, promoting correct posture and activating the deep core muscles. Its round shape enables fluid changes in position, gentle bouncing, and comfortable full-body engagement, which you'll appreciate both at work and during rest. Thanks to its high-quality textile cover, the ball acts as an elegant interior accessory, fitting easily into a modern office, living room, or home study. The non-slip base with a silicone finish prevents unwanted movement, and the option to add a stabilising weight stops it from rolling away on its own. The VLUV Bol is designed to support healthy sitting long-term, offer maximum comfort, and aesthetically enrich your space.

An exercise ball with a size of 60–65 cm
The 60–65cm ball size is the most versatile option. It is perfect for homes and offices where different users share the same seating. From an ergonomic perspective, this size is ideal for people approximately 155–180cm tall, but thanks to the ability to adjust the amount of air, it can also be used comfortably by taller people up to 200cm, especially when sitting at a standard-height desk of 72–76cm. The seating height can be finely adjusted according to the user's preference and weight using the inflatable construction. The VLUV Bol balance ball is designed for a load of up to 150kg, which ensures high durability even with daily use. Thanks to its low weight, the ball is easy to handle, carry, and move around as needed.
