The 60–65cm ball size is the most versatile option. It is perfect for homes and offices where different users will be sitting on it. In terms of ergonomics, this size is ideal for people approximately 155–180cm tall, but thanks to the ability to adjust the amount of air, taller people up to 200cm can also use it comfortably, especially when sitting at a standard height desk of 72–76cm. The seat height can be finely adjusted to the user's preference and weight using the inflatable construction. The VLUV Bol balance ball is designed for a load of up to 150kg, which ensures high durability even with daily use.
